Ms. Diana McHenry

Ms. Diana McHenry started her training at National Karate in 1995. She achieved the rank of first degree black belt in 1998. Ms. McHenry has worked and trained under some of NK's top instructors and enjoys passing that knowledge on to others. She started assisting in '97 and quickly realized how much she enjoys teaching,  especially working with kids.  She loves helping people gain confidence not only in karate but also in everyday life.

She says, "I love knowing that I am going to work to help people. I can’t express how good that feels. That’s why I teach, knowing that class is the highlight of their day.”

Ms McHenry loves to travel for national tournaments. She also enjoys reading, sewing and exercising in her free time. Ms. McHenry has a 3 year old daughter named Mia and is a full time college student studying for her degrees in Business Management and Psychology.
