Karate has been a big part of my life ever since, helping not only to develop skills in other sports, but also self confidence and discipline in all areas. After being promoted to 3rd Degree Black Belt at age 18, I started teaching. The most rewarding thing about teaching for me is watching students develop their skills and grow into confident martial artists."
