Mr. Tom Sexton
Mr. Tom Sexton began training with National Karate in 1996 and was promoted to first degree black belt in 2001. Currently he holds the rank of third degree black belt.
Shortly after receiving his first degree black belt, Mr. Sexton started instructing at Apple Valley National Karate under Master Instructor Jim Albertson. In May of 2008, Mr. Sexton became the school director of Savage National Karate.
Savage National Karate is a family affair. Mr. Tom Sexton's son Mr. Troy Sexton (4th Degree Black Belt) and his wife Ms. Jennifer Sexton, (Third Degree Black Belt) are also part of the instruction staff.
Inspired by the training he received by Mr. Larry Brusacoram & Ms. Carrie Furstenberg and the ongoing training by Mr. Jim Albertson has given Mr. Sexton the skills needed to inspire his students achieve their martial arts goals.
An avid sports fan, Mr. Sexton resides in Burnsville with his wife and son. In his lesuire time, he enjoys competing in local martial arts tournaments and supporting his son Troy as he starts competitng nationally.
