“While competing has always been a major joy in her life, she took about 15 years off to grow as an individual, leader and competitor. After her long hiatus she returned to teaching and competing in 2020. At the 2022 Diamond Nationals she placed 1st in the 30+ Women Sparring division and was a Grand Champion Runner Up.

National Karate has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. NK has helped shape her into the person that she is today and she’s grateful now to be in a position as an owner where she can have the same impact on the lives of so many others.”
