About Plymouth/Wayzata National Karate

National Karate has been servicing the Plymouth/Wayzata area since 2001. The first school was located where Turn style consignment is now. We are currently located next door to Sushi fix at the bottom of the hill in downtown Wayzata. We offer two classrooms and a small viewing area for parents. We service the Plymouth, Wayzata, Mound, Orono, Minnetonka, and surrounding communities.

Classes run from 4:45pm in the afternoons to evenings and Saturday mornings. We are closed on Sundays. We do have on-site parking as well as tons of street parking available. Classes are broken into Beginner 30 min/intermediate 40 min/ and advanced 50 min. Students should expect the athletic equivalent of a brisk walk in beginner classes progressing to more physically challenging as they progress.

You’ve probably seen us at James J Hill Days or tried our obstacle course during the Wayzata Boo Bash!

Wonderful instructors that work to be sure their students succeed. Great way to get kids off the electronics while still having fun.

My daughter has won three Diamond Nationals age group titles. She would not have accomplished this without Kelly Worley and his instructors.
