National Karate is excited to welcome you back to in-school classes. We’ve been busy preparing for your safe return to karate training. Your health and safety are our number one concern as we resume regular classes. With guidance from leading medical experts, we’ve developed protocols to ensure that we operate according to health and industry guidelines. To learn more about what you will experience when you come in for a class, or to inquire more about our programs, please contact us at any of our listed locations. Here are some of the ways we will help each other stay safe:

  • Stay home if you’re feeling ill
  • Arrive 5 minutes ahead of class
  • Pickup your child immediately following their lessons
  • Wash or sanitize hands before and after classes
  • Bring your own equipment
  • Bring your own water bottle
  • Follow enter and exit plans when arriving and leaving the studio
  • Pay attention to any other location specific guidelines for safe attendance

In addition, video lessons are always available for you. You can access virtual karate classes, and demonstrations from home and at your convenience. We look forward to seeing you back in our clean and friendly locations soon!
