Meet our Leadership Team & Instructors

With over 30 years of training and teaching experience, Mr. Dan McDonough currently holds the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt. He has built a reputation as both a dedicated instructor and accomplished competitor, traveling on the NASKA World Tour and competing on three sponsored teams: Team United, Team Side Kick International, and Team AKA. From 2023–2025, Mr. McDonough proudly represented Team USA, and in 2025 he was honored to serve as a Team USA Coach.

Mr. McDonough’s competitive achievements include winning NASKA World Championships in 2023 and 2025, as well as earning the title of six-time World Champion at the WMAGC World Games. His passion for competition is matched by his commitment to teaching, and many of his students have gone on to achieve regional, national, and world champion titles.

As owner and head instructor, Mr. McDonough continues to foster a culture of excellence, respect, and school pride. Under his leadership, the school has won NK Forms and Sparring Championships as well as the National Karate School Spirit Award multiple times, reflecting both the skill and character of his students.
